X on OpenBSD article
"The OpenBSD installer now asks if you want plan to run X. It seems that it sets up a basic template for you. As installed, I ran startx and was greeted by the friendly face of fwwm. I haven't installed OpenBSD for a couple of years now, but as I have noticed on other UNIX like operating systems XFree86 is no longer used, thus making configuration a whole lot easier for the X window system. If only X.Org was around when I used to use OpenBSD - configuration would have been so simple! The article has now been updated to reflect that it was written in February 2003 and doesn't apply to newer versions that use X.Org.

Babe of the Week |
14 July 2006 Introducing the Koma Purchased the Vision Koma 5/6 large arbor fly reel on Monday, recieved it Tuesday via express post, and cant wait till Sunday to use it. Pictured below spooled with 45m of Shakespeare backing and WF4F Scientific Angler XPS line on my Sage FLi 4wt rod.
You might ask yourself, why are you using a 5/6 reel on a 4wt rod? Two reasons, 1. that is the smallest size that was available 2. I wanted a true large arbor reel that could hold a decent amount of backing as I do a lot of fly fishing for carp and anyone who does fly fish for carp knows that when they run, they really do run far! My initial feelings about this reel are ones of true lust! Its extremely smooth and the drag system is amazing - all this will get a good testing over the weekend and my overall opinion may change, but in comparison to my other large arbor (after visually seeing this reel, not so large arbor) 4wt reel the Vision Koma is setting the standard.
